12-Week Tactical Small Group Format for your Front-Line Team. The objective is to cultivate a dynamic community of front-line team members, united in the mission to deepen Christian service and actively participate in the advancement of God's Kingdom while serving in the roles of protecting and serving their faith-based community. Through engaging 12-Week Gatherings, team members are invited weekly, biweekly, whatever format your ministry prefers, to explore 25-40 minutes of video-based Security Trainings followed by Authentic and Engaging group discussions. Integrating Security and Faith, Tactical Small Group Discussion Guides are included in this package. These guides are not only designed to enhance understanding and application of real-life scenarios and safety responsibilities founded on Biblical principles, but also to foster relationships, team building and growth, and bonding with the group. Helping move your team from where they are at to where God is calling them to be...Transforming your team into a Kingdom Impacting Ministry. For LARGER Front-Line Teams, it is encouraged to break into smaller groups during the discussion portion, to facilitate more engaging and meaningful conversations. Team Leaders could potentially take the lead on Facilitating their groups with the guidance of Tactical Small Group Discussion Guides being displayed on the Projector Screen/TV or provided as a handout.
